An exhaust fan sparked a fire that damaged one house in Barangay Lagtang, Talisay City on Friday afternoon.
Senior Fire Officer 2 Sherwin Algoso said damage was estimated at P20,000. The alarm was received at 3:20 p.m. and the fire was put out at 3:50 p.m.
The one-storey house is owned by Marites Cabañero and rented by couple Ronald and Rhea Verdida.
