MORE than an hour before Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte arrives in Toledo City with running mate Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, Toledo City Mayor John Henry “Sonny” Osmena said he is still committed to Vice President Jejomar Binay.
In a press conference Saturday morning, Osmena said he is unlike other traditional politicians who shift from one candidate to another.
“Dili ko mura og baki nga mag-ambak ambak sa lain,” he told reporters.
Despite supporting Binay, Osmena said he believes Duterte will win in Toledo City because he is considered Cebuano.
There are 103,658 registered voters in Toledo City.
