Most foodies, if not all, would agree that the one factor that binds up an entire dining experience is the restaurant ambiance itself. Putting the type of cuisine aside, the overall ambiance of a restaurant is among the most crucial factors that help a diner appreciate the food that the restaurant serves and savor the dining experience.
Keeping this in mind, Cebuana restaurateur Maria Ligaya “Ging-ging” Machida cooked up a new idea of presenting authentic Filipino cuisine to locals and tourists by revamping the look of one of the restaurant brands she owns and even introduced more food choices that will surely excite the diners’ tastebuds.
This led Machida to opening the newest format of Neo Neo Grill on A.S. Fortuna Street, Mandaue City: The Neo Neo Grill by Ging-ging.
Opening its doors to the public last February 18, Neo Neo Grill by Ging-ging is the newest take on modern Filipino dining that aims to encourage diners to indulge in great-tasting, affordable Filipino dishes while enjoying them in a cozy dining set-up. “ With this new Neo Neo format, we want to capture diners who are into a more relaxed, laid-back, and modern dining ambiance so they can enjoy their favorite Filipino food even more,” Machida said.
The newest Neo Neo branch can sit a total of 150 customers. It also has dining spaces intended for corporate lunch meetings and social gatherings that can accommodate up to 10 persons. With rustic-themed interiors accentuated by wooden tables and chairs, the store exudes the warmth of original Filipino dining.
Among Neo Neo’s must-try dishes are their Embotido, Fresh Lumpia, Buttered Chicken, Lambay, Ginataang Monggo, their Boodle Fight set, and the Pudding and Turon for the merienda choices.
Neo Neo Grill by Ging-ging is at the lower ground floor of JCentre Mall.
