A body of a man was found in a mountain barangay in Cebu City last Thursday.
A farmer found the body, who was already in a state of decomposition, in Sitio Enad.
PO3 Winston Ybañez of the Cebu City Police said that people in the area noticed an L300 van last Monday, which was parked in the area.
Witnesses told police that the van later headed to Balamban.
Ybañez said in Cebuano that the area is so isolated and it would be very difficult for someone to hear somebody even if he shouts there.
Police were still investigating the incident.
