SIX days before the May 9 elections, former Cebu governor Vicente “Tingting” Dela Serna voiced his support for Sen. Grace Poe, saying he finds her “honest” compared to the other candidates.
“They say that Grace Poe is inexperienced. Pero kinsa man nila ang naay experience pagka-president? (who has experience being president?) Only Grace can claim she is honest,” he told reporters at Casino Español yesterday.
Dela Serna said the fight for the presidency in Cebu will be between Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Liberal Party (LP) standard-bearer Mar Roxas since both have point persons in One Cebu party gubernatorial candidate Winston Garcia and Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III respectively.
