CAPITALIZING on its growing local and international clientele, Cebu’s reliable homegrown travel agency Air You Go Travels Experience strengthens its operations as it opened its Corporate Headquarters at Cebu Business Park District.
Boasting its ingenuity of being a pioneering travel agency that offers a full scale call center set-up, the 600 sq. meter-office is set to house a greater number of professionally-trained sales representatives who live up to Air You Go’s brand of efficient customer service.
“Customers can expect a better customer service because we will be having a minimum of 70 sales representatives who will be answering phone calls, Facebook messages, emails, and any other social media,” said Mark Kenneth Calog, Head of Finance and Marketing.
Located at the 14th floor of Chinabank Corporate Center, the corporate headquarter is envisioned to handle all the back office and call center services that will provide real-time handling of every prospect traveler’s woes.
“We have a growing clientele already of around more than 500,000 nationwide. We are also receiving 10,000 messages daily, hence the need to expand the number of employees,” shared Air You Go Travels’ Operations Manager Rhamric P. Simpron.
Aside from its mission of making traveling an experience not just an expense, Air You Go Travels continues to take part in promoting the national and international wonders with its recently held BeatDHeat Summer Travel Expo last May 13 to 15 at the Event Center of Ayala Center Cebu. The summer travel campaign is a yearly event that houses complete travel offerings for wanderlusts.
