Cebu City Hall allocated one of two vehicles to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency last Monday.

Ronald Malorca, General Services Office chief, said a Suzuki Grand Vitara that was assigned to former councilor Roberto Cabarrubias was handed over to the PDEA. Another vehicle, a 2003 Mitsubishi Adventure, will be turned over to the PDEA tomorrow after it is fixed. Malorca said he was ordered by Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmena to turn over the two vehicles to the PDEA. Osmena also said the city will provide allowances to PDEA agents after meeting with new PDEA regional director Yogi Filemon Ruiz, a Cebuano.
