Three unidentified men shot a 24-year-old man at his home at the Maloto compound in sitio Galaxy, barangay Tangke in Talisay City at 3:20 a.m. yesterday.
The suspects fled while Pardillo was rushed by neighbors to Talisay City District Hospital.
PO3 Benedicto Lasque of the Talisay City police said the shooting may be linked to a drug deal gone wrong.
Talisay City police are also verifying the identity of a man found with gunshot wounds on his left upper arm and chest in sitio Laray, San Roque.
The victim wore a red T-shirt and checkered shorts with a tattoo in his left and right forearm. He stood 5’2′ in height and looked to be in his mid 20s.
Recovered from the crime scene were one steel knife and a Swiss knife.
