DRAMATIC actress Claudine Barretto has commended the acting skills of former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate Dionne Monsanto, who plays as an
antagonist in the Kapamilya network’s afternoon television series “Tubig at Langis.”
On her Instagram post, Claudine admitted becoming a fan of the Cebuana actress after witnessing a scene from the teleserye.
“All these actresses are BRILLIANT!! But this (Dionne Monsanto) is a revelation of an actress to watch out for. Ang galing galing mo (Dionne) at isa rin ako sa mga fan mo. Keep it up. All you girls nail all your scenes every day,” she captioned her photo.
On her Facebook account, Dionne expressed her gratitude to Claudine for her kind words.
“I hope to meet you one day po and thank you personally for this generous message, one which I will forever cherish. Maraming Salamat,” wrote Dionne, who won the Best Actress award at the Sinulog Film Festival 2016.
Claudine wrote an unexpected reply and wished Dionne more projects. She also said she was looking forward to working with the Cebuano actress in the future.

lahat, that is why I know, more great projects are on their way to you,” said Claudine.
The afternoon drama series, which has become very popular online, features intense catfights between Christine Reyes (who is playing the role of Irene) and Isabelle Daza (Clara) over Zanjoe Marudo (Renato). It has also given birth to memes featuring Dionne’s character, Lucy.
