The military’s Central Command has stepped up its monitoring of communist New People’s Army (NPA) rebels even if they have yet to receive President Rodrigo Duterte’s order to go after them.
Centcom spokesperson Col. Medel Aguilar said while they will wage offensives against the communist rebels they are still open to them returning to the fold of the law.
