MICHAEL V. had an ultimate fan goal experience.
He was one of the lucky ones who met the “Avengers: Infinity War” stars during a special press preview at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore last weekend.
The Kapuso comedian had a one-on-one interview with film director Joe Russo, producer Trinh Tran, and international actors Karen Gillan and Benedict Cumberbatch, who star in the film.
He was also able to give his sketch of Gillan who plays as Nebula and uploaded their selfie last Sunday.
“Done with the interviews!!! Too excited to finish #BitoyStory 008 para mai-share ko ‘yung experience,” he captioned the photo of Gillan holding the sketch.
A photo of Cumberbatch showing a sketch of Doctor Strange was also uploaded to his Instagram account.
“This is exactly how I ‘pictured’ I’d end my day,” Michael V said.
But his experience did not end there. Michael V also met no less than Robert Downey Jr. himself who plays Tony Stark/Iron Man in the Avengers films.
The comedian and five other fans can be seen in Downey Jr.’s Instagram stories wearing VR goggles inside a room.
Unknown to them, Downey Jr. had already entered the room and was merely watching them.
Imagine their surprise when as soon as they took off their glasses, Downey was already standing in front of them.
Michael V. shook hands with Downey and said, “I’m Michael V from the Philippines.”
Downey Jr. then said, “Hey, how is it going?”
Michael V. told him that he also made a sketch for him but that he left it in another hotel in Singapore.
On his Twitter account, the actor uploaded a “selfie” of him and his companions with Downey Jr. and captioned it: “One for the books.”
“Avengers: Infinity War” is this year’s most awaited film for Marvel fans.
Produced by the Marvel Studios, it will hit Philippine cinemas on April 25.
