The discovery of an infant at the Umapad Dumpsite in Mandaue City at 8:15 am yesterday shocked netizens who posted their reactions online.
A netizen named Mereall Alfreche wrote: “ Naunsa naman ning mga bata ron ipanglabog naman.mura naman basura ka animal bas nagbuhat ani (What the heck happened to these children that they would be abandoned like garbage whoever did this is an animal).”
Another netizen named Milet Arcilla wrote in Cebuano “Whoever did this should not sleep soundly at night for such a crime.”
While Raquel Dapat said: “nganung magpabuntis paman ui ug ing.ana ra d i ang buhaton..ky nganu d i ug itarong nlng ug pa adopt (Why get pregnant and end up doing that? Why not let others adopt the child?).”
