Having opened last July 26, Urchoice Bistro Café is ready to give Cebuanos a taste of authentic home cooked Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Not only is the food delectable, the quaint house that it is located in along Avelino Morales Street, Kamputhaw, Cebu City, has been preserved and refurbished into a rustic style with a cozy setting. Its interior walls are covered with photos and paintings that are truly a delight to look at as one enjoys their meal.
One thing that the bistro puts a premium on is the procedures that they exert in to ensure the food they produce is safe which is why they apply the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System to their food preparation.
