Cebu City, Philippines — Members of militant groups held a protest in front of the Police Regional Office Central Visayas headquarters along Osmeña Boulevard in Cebu City on Monday, April 8, 2019.

The protest was held to decry the alleged massacre of 14 farmers in Negros Oriental last March 30, 2019.
