Ressel Pedroza is a volleyball player suiting up for the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Panthers.
Pedroza hails from Mandaue City. She is 21 years old as of this posting.

She is taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial Management.
The 5-foot-5 volleyball player says she started playing at the age of 10.
Asked what pushed her to play volleyball, Pedroza says, “[it’s] the thrill of competition and the drive to challenge my limits.”
Inspiring others
Pedroza’s ultimate goal is “to be the best in my sport and to reach the pinnacle of success. Whether it’s winning championships or inspiring others.”

Pedroza looks up to Philippine volleyball icon Alyssa Valdez as her idol. She says Valdez shows “incredible skill, determination, and sportsmanship.”
Her message to aspiring student-athletes is this:
“Believe in yourself and your abilities. Work hard, stay disciplined, and surround yourself with a supportive team and mentors. Stay passionate and dedicated to your sport, and remember, success is a journey, not a destination. Keep pushing, and you’ll achieve your dreams.”
