CEBU CITY, Philippines – A 14-year-old boy, believed to be a drug runner, was rescued by police in Barangay Ermita, Cebu City on Sunday evening, December 17, 2023.
The minor was rescued after personnel of the Carbon Police Station conducted an operation in the area together with the Barangay Public Safety Officers (BPSOs).
This was relayed to reporters by Police Staff Sergeant Marissa Manubag, officer in charge of the Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) of the station.
