Five killed in drug-related operations in Toledo, Liloan

FIVE drug suspects were killed in separate drug bust operations by the police in Toledo City and Liloan town last night and Wednesday morning.

In barangay Ibo, Toledo City drug suspect Jerome Gara and three unidentified companions died after reportedly trying to shoot policemen in a buy bust operation last Tuesday evening.

Taken from their possession were three revolvers, one .45 pistol and 23 sachets of shabu.

In barangay Poblacion, Liloan town a certain Eddie Pangatongan was shot dead by motorcycle riding assailants. Pangatongan supposedly surrendered to police the other week.
