A barangay official in Sta. Fe said there were folks in their town who wished that another Yolanda or a supertyphoon hits their area so they can receive more aid.
“Kanusa man magkabalik og Yolanda diri sa ato (When will Yolanda return here)?” she quoted one resident as saying.
She said it made her sad to know about the mendicant mind-set that had creeped into her constituents.
