Filipino fans can now start saving up for the tickets as Coldplay has officially confirmed their concert in Manila next year.
The band’s announcement came in yesterday, five months ahead of concert day, April 4 at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) open grounds.
This was confirmed on the band’s website, coldplay.com, and on the online platforms of Music Management International (MMI), the concert’s promoter.
The Manila date is part of the fifth leg of Coldplay’s ongoing world tour in support of its seventh and latest studio album, “A Head Full of Dreams.”
The tickets are priced at P22,500 for VIP, P17,500 for Platinum, P12,500 for Gold, P7,500 for Silver, P3,500 for Bronze and P1,800 for General admission
The band behind hit songs like “Fix You,” “Yellow” and “Viva La Vida” has supposedly booked the MOA Arena this November for a concert, but apparently it did not push through due to unspecified reasons. (Apple Mae Ta-as)
