AS THEY remember their second anniversary, Hashtags members expressed love for Franco Hernandez who died in a drowning incident last November 11 in Davao Occidental.
He was 26 years old. Hernandez was one of the new eight Hashtags members who was introduced early this year.
“The Good Son” star Mccoy De Leon said they were shocked with what happened to Hernandez.
“Bro sobrang binigla mo kami. Nakilala kita na mabuting tao at kaibigan. Marami kang napasaya isa na ako dun. Basta lagi kong sasabihin sayo na proud na proud ako sayo bro. Salamat mamimiss ka namin we love you,” De Leon said.
Zeus Collins thanked Hernandez for the memories they shared. “Brother sorry kasi ayaw mo pa post sakin to kasi ganyan mukha mo. Pero yan ang mamimiss ko yung mga kakulitan mo at kabaliwan.. Salamat sa Frankie sa masasayang ala-ala,” Collins said in an Instagram post.
Nikko Natividad said he will miss Hernandez and shared a group photo on his Instagram account.
“Anniversary naten mga brother. At ito rin ang araw na biglang nalang nawala si @hashtag_franco mahal ka namin bro,” Natividad said.
Another hashtags member Vito Marquez said, “Words cannot express what I am feeling. Mamimiss kita Franco. Mahal kita bro. Rest well my friend.”
Jimboy Martin remembered Hernandez as a friend whom he could lean on. “Bro, salamat sa masasayang araw na magkakasama tayo. Ikaw naging sandalan ko minsan pag may problema ako about sa, alam mo na yun basta. Mamimiss ka namin! Love u bro,” Martin said.
Ryle Tan considered Hernandez as a blessing. “Nakakainis ka sobra. Hindi ka man lang nagpaalam sa amin. Mahal na mahal ka namin, Franco. I will miss you. Bago bago mo palang sa Hashtags, nauna ka pa umalis. You were such a blessing, Franco. I hope you know that,” Tan said.
Meanwhile, Hernandez’s girlfriend Janica Nam Floresca uploaded a video on Facebook taken before they got on board the motorbanca.
A strong wave hit their motorbanca causing them to fall off.
Tom Doromal, one of the Hashtags members, was with them during the accident.
“Eto yung last video natin yung araw na papunta na tayo sa bangka at nangyari yung accident hindi ko alam parang magmemessage ka sakin kaya sabi ko “wait lang ivivideo ko” ang sabi mo dyan “sorry” pero hindi mo tinuloy bakit naman ganon mahal ang unfair unfair mo naman mahal ko sabi mo sakin you want to make more memories with me.”
“Bakit naman ganon! Please tuparin mo naman mga pangako mo sakin. Ang dami dami pa natin pangarap mahal! Balik ka na please miss na miss na kita sobrang mahal na mahal kita mahal na mahal na mahal mahal ko ikaw ang buhay ko mahal,” Floresca said.
She also changed her profile picture to one with Hernandez and said, “You will NEVER be replaced.”
