Dave Lim is Finals MVP of SHAABAA Division A

MANY-TIME league MVP Dave Lim added yet another award to his collection as he was named the Finals MVP in Division A of the recently concluded 23rd SHAABAA basketball tournament during the awarding ceremonies that was held at the Veranda at the Parkmall.

Lim led the 1990-Bayfront Hotel to the title with Herculean averages of 13 points and 21 rebounds.

In Division B, versatile forward Daryle Tan got the nod as Finals MVP as he led the 2003-Cebu Landmasters to the championship after he normed 18 points, 12 rebounds, two assists and two steals per game.

The Division C Finals MVP meanwhile, was Hyksos’ star guard, Arc Gabrielle Araw-Araw who helped push 2013 to the title after he averaged 16 points, five rebounds and five assists per game.

His younger brother, Nino Araw-Araw, of the 2015-People’s General, was named Division C’s season MVP after he garnered 14 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals per outing.

Franco Te of 2004-Radar Tires nabbed season MVP honors in Division B after he got 28 points, nine rebounds and three steals per game in the elimination round.

The Division A MVP was Roderick Mangubat of the 1997-Top Shift Motors who got 22 points, seven rebounds and two steals per outing.
