The search for The Outstanding Cebuano Award (TOCA) is on. Now on its 14th year, the awards will be given to Cebuanos who excel in their respective fields, such as entrepreneurship, management, government service, engineering, medicine, accountancy, law practice, judiciary and community service.
The nominee must be able to attend personally on the awarding ceremonies and must be one with consistent record high level performance in the field for which they are nominated.
