K-drama fans, attention!

Korean actor Park Seo-joon has reportedly been offered a role in the forthcoming Captain Marvel sequel, which is led by Brie Larson as the character of Carol Danvers.

According to several reports from international news outlets, Park will soon be leaving South Korea to begin shooting in the United States in the second half of 2021. The Captain Marvel film will hopefully be released by November 2022.

Meanwhile, Park’s agency, Awesome ENT, has not yet commented on the rumors circulating. If it is confirmed, he will be the third Korean actor to join in an MCU film following Claudia Kim in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and Ma Dong Seok in “Eternals.”

The exciting update roused fans, causing discussions about it on social media. On Twitter, they showed support for the actor.

With the possibility of Park joining the cast, numerous fans will continuously brace the Marvel world.

Park has starred in different K-drama hits such as “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim” and “Itaewon Class”, and more. He was also included in the Oscar-Winning film “Parasite”.
