GINATILAN, CEBU — Cebuana skateboarder and Olympian Margielyn Didal drives around Cebu to give free lunch to street children and the homeless.
“Big thanks to my mom for cooking, to my gf and friends (Insomy Crew) for helping,” Didal wrote in her Instagram post.
The 22-year-old skater recently posted a teaser of her “The Margie Program” vlog on Youtube.
As seen in her vlog, Didal personally cooked the food and packed them together with her mom and friends.
“12 na so sakto ra nga mgalunch. Magsuroy mi diri sa kadalanan sa Cebu. Manghatag mi’g lunch for street kids,” she said in her teaser vlog.
(It’s already 12 noon, just in time for lunch. We will go around the streets of Cebu. We will be giving lunch meals for street children.)
Didal previously raised funds for her feeding program initiative by selling her pre-loved items online.
