A man was arrested at home after a police search there yielded drugs and drug paraphernalia in Sunny Hills Subdivision, barangay Talamban, Cebu City this afternoon.
Shirnov “Bagodok” Surban, was arrested by the police who secured a search warrant signed by Judge Gilbert Moises of the Regional Trial Court Branch 18.
Surban was inside a room with cousins Ronie Belen and Joseph Parilla when the search occurred at 2 pm today.
Recovered in Surban’s room were three ampules of Nubain, three small sachets believed to be shabu, seven pieces of empty ampules believed to be used by the suspects, five syringes and two bullets from one .45 pistol.
