A Nigerian national was arrested for drunken behavior inside a resto bar in barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City last Friday dawn.
A drunk Dominic Lincoln, 22, was accused of destroying things inside the bar in sitio Tianggihan.
Responding police arrested the man and brought him to the Cebu City Medical Center where he tested positive for alcohol use.
