Bolongan instantly earned the championship berth after topping the elimination round with 1,014 pinfalls, while former national team member Jomar Jumapao came in second with 998 pinfalls. Enoveso finished third 979 pinfalls.

Rene Ceniza and Robert Sarvida claimed the fourth and fifth spots, respectively by scoring 976 and 973, apiece to complete the keglers advancing to the top five step ladder round.

Enoveso went on to face Bolongan, but lost eventually in their championship match. Still, Enoveso won the hearts of the spectators who watched the tournament after beating younger opponents.
