A 19-year-old collector reported to the police that he lost P12,000 to three men who robbed him at gunpoint in barangay Azucena, Barili town, south Cebu Saturday afternoon.
Police said Federico Secop Reducto, an employee of Star Darma Company, had just collected payment from a store when three men on a motorcycle arrived and declared a holdup.
Star Darma Company is a Toledo City-based firm and an authorized collecting agency of a Globe loading station.
Reducto said he was forced to give his P12,000 collection, two cellphone units and Globe load cards.
The robbers were wearing face masks and helmets. They fled towards the north.
