Police arrested a 35-year-old widower and his companion were arrested in an anti-drug operation in barangay Bacayan, Cebu City past midnight yesterday.
Johnrey Manulat Alarde allegedly sold a pack of suspected shabu to an operative of the Talamban Police Station, who posed as a buyer.
Also arrested was Carlos Minoza, who yielded two sachets of suspected shabu.
The arresting team headed by Senior Insp. Alvin Llamedo, seized 20 packs believed to contain shabu from Alarade’s possession.
The two men will be charged for violating Republic Act 9165.
