Cebu’s Hayashi-ha Shitoryukai to vie in Malaysia event

AFTER a successful stint in the 4th Adidas International Karatedo Championships in Pasay City,  Cebu’s Team Hayashi-ha Shitoryukai Karatedo Club is expected to join another tough international tournament next month.

This after the Persatuan Karate Hayashi-ha of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia sent the team an invitation to join the 7th Silent Knight Karatedo Cup 2016 slated Feb. 19 to 21 at the Cheras Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Expected to make up the team for the event will be the Vidal siblings, Rafael and Ricah Faith, along with the Sacedon sisters, Eliza, Maria Leonor and Maria Christine. They will be accompanied by their coach, sensei Reynante Vidal.

Aside from coaching, Reynante Vidal and assistant coach Joy Rondez will also serve as referees and judges during the tournament.
