ACTOR James Reid has been hailed as the sexiest man in the country for 2016.
The “On the Wings of Love” actor earned the top spot during the final round of the 100 Sexiest Men poll held in top social media platforms, in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the Online Poll.
He got 490,311 votes, dethroning actor Xian Lim, who was last year’s winner. Lim got 489,891 votes.
This is the second time that Reid was named the sexiest man in the Philippines, following his win in 2014.
Nadine Lustre, his reel and real life girlfriend has also topped the initial result of the sexiest woman in the country after local magazine FHM released the initial results early this month.
But Lustre moved to second place after Jessy Mendiola earned the top spot on the recent poll result released by FHM poll online.
Rounding off the top 5 are Paulo Avelino with 87,395 votes, JC de Vera with 67,013 and Piolo Pascual with 52,817.
