Cebu leg of Run 4 Ur Future footrace slated July 31

MANILA-BASED Media Vessel Productions in cooperation with the National Reintregation Center for OFW’s (NRCO) and the Integrated Seafarers of the Philippines (ISP) will hold a running event dubbed Run 4 Ur Future on July 31 at the Cebu Business Park.

The three-leg footrace, which will also be held at the People’s Park in Davao City on July 17 and Manila on Aug. 28 at the SM Mall of Asia, aims to raise awareness of NRCO and ISP’s advocacy of helping OFW and seafarers save for their future.

There are already 200 runners who have enlisted for the footrace that will feature 16-kilometer, 10k, 5k and 3k distances.

Cash prizes will be given to the winning runners in each category while all the finishers in the 16k and 10k categories will receive a finisher’s shirt, string bag and finisher’s medal after the race.

Registration fee is P750 for the 16k, P650 for the 10k, P550 for the 5k and P450 for the 3k. Registration can be done at the RUNNR Ayala Center Cebu, all Cris Sports branches in Cebu, the Cebu City Sports Commission office and Infinitea outlets.
