A FEMALE resident of Barangay Ermita, Cebu City was shot down by an unidentified assailant at past 9 pm Tuesday.
PO3 Winston Ibanez of the Cebu City police’s homicide section said the 43-year-old resident, identified as Evelyn Gonzaga Gonzales, sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
PO3 Ibanez also says that the victim was implicated in petty crimes and drug use.
“There were several complaints of snatching, theft, and she was even reported to be a drug user”, said Ibanez.
