Cebu militants denounce plan to arrest NDF advisors

CEBU-based militant groups denounced Solicitor General (SolGen) Jose Calida’s plan to arrest anew consultants of the National Democratic Front (NDF) that were released previously following the government’s cancellation of peace talks with the communists.

Cebu representatives Nino Olayvar and Jaime Pangilinan of militant groups Anakbayan and Bayan respectively said they don’t believe Calida’s statement that only NDF consultants facing charges will be arrested.
