The death of a three-year-old child who was hit by a stray bullet during a drug bust at Cebu City last Tuesday afternoon drew sympathy and condemnaion online.

Facebook user Paul Price commented, “If u got rid of all of the drugs and guns all together u wouldn’t have any problems in the Philippines it’s the government’s fault the people of the Philippines needs to be and feel safe again”
