Cebu City rerouting for IronMan

The Cebu City Traffic Office (CCTO) advised all vehicles coming from northern Cebu to take Logarta Street, then turn right to Cabahug St. or go straight to SM City at the North Reclamation Area (NRA) in Cebu City before heading to their points of destination.

Public utility jeeps (PUJs) coming from the North Bus Terminal in Mandaue City that pass along Logarta St. are asked to make a right turn to Cabahug St. and then to Andres Soriano Avenue before heading to their points of destination.

PUJs heading for NRA with route numbers 08F, 12G, 12I and 12J shall follow M.J. Cuenco Ave., right turn to T. Padilla St., left turn to Benedicto St., proceed to JC de Veyra St., right turn to Juan Luna Ave., right turn to Andres Soriano Ave., to Cabahug St., left turn to Logarta St. then to the North Bus Terminal.

The PUJs with route numbers 12G, 09J and 12E are asked to take JC de Veyra St., make a U-turn along JC de Veyra St., proceed to Benedicto St., right turn to T. Padilla St., left turn to M.J. Cuenco Ave., and on to their usual route.

The PUJs with route numbers 04L and 06H that pass through Ayala Center en route to SM City will turn right to JC de Veyra St., make a U-turn, left turn to Juan Luna Ave., then back to their usual route in going to their points of origin.

The PUJs with route number 03Q shall turn left to Andres Soriano Ave., on to Cabahug St., right turn to Urot St., right turn to Kaohsiung St., left turn to Andres Soriano Ave., right turn to Juan Luna Ave., then back to Ayala Center Cebu.

Those with route numbers 22D, 21D, 21A and 22A shall take M.J. Cuenco Ave., left turn to Juan Luna Ave., right turn to A. Soriano Ave., left turn to Gen. Maxilom Ave., right turn to D. Gaisano St., right turn to T. Padilla St., left turn to M.J. Cuenco Ave., right turn to V. Gullas St., left turn to P. Burgos St., left turn to Urdaneta St., left turn to Lapu-Lapu St., right turn to Jereza St., left turn to M.J. Cuenco Ave., right turn to T. Padilla St., left turn to Benedicto St., to J. de Veyra St., left turn to Juan Luna Ave., to their usual route then to their point of origin.

The PUJs with route numbers 01B and 01C, which are bound for Cebu City’s pier area, will take T. Padilla St., turn left to Benedicto St., left turn to 13th Ave. going to the Blessed Sacrament, right turn to D. Gaisano St., right turn to Gen. Maxilom Ave., right turn to Benedicto St., right turn to T. Padilla St., then to their usual route and back to their point of origin.

Those with route number 02B while passing along Arellano Ave. shall proceed to Pier 3, make a U-turn then back to Arellano Ave., right turn to Legaspi Extn., right turn to M.J. Cuenco Ave., left turn to Bonifacio St., and on to their usual route, then to their destination.

All vehicles bound for the port area are asked to take Legaspi Extn., then to Arellano Blvd. or to enter the gate at Pier 1.

Trucks, vans, trailers and other motor vehicles coming from the southern part of Cebu City and province and bound for SM City or to the north area shall take N. Bacalso Ave., to P. del Rosario St., to Imus New Road, then to the NRA.

Those coming from the NRA heading to the south part of Cebu are advised to pass the North Road, then to M.J. Cuenco Ave., proceed to N. Bacalso Ave., and to their points of destination.

All motor vehicles coming from Barangay Tabunok in Talisay and from the southern Cebu towns of Minglanilla and San Fernando and the cities of Naga and Carcar heading for NRA are to pass N. Bacalso Ave. then to Imus New Road and then to their destination.
