Excite your taste buds with Gumbology

By: Intern January 17,2014 - 10:54 AM

GETTING weary of all those ordinary meals served on your table everyday? Here is a new experience that will surely satisfy your rumbling appetite – the Gumbology experience.

Originated from New Orleans, Gumbo has now come to reach Cebu on December 23. Gumbo is a variety of ingredients combination and spices with choices of meats, sausages, and sea foods. Adding assorted vegetables makes a stew.

Gumbology Cebu desires to bring Gumbo to join the cuisine of Cebu. With its similarity in taste and presentation to Filipino dishes, Cebuanos would enjoy the gumbo experience.

For as low as P250, you can already have their gumbo dishes and other Filipino dishes served with rice and it can easily be shared by two persons. They are also open for group booking to a maximum of 65 persons and have the whole place exclusive all to you.

The menu includes soups, starters, veggies, gumbo specialties, grills and sizzles, light meals, inato dishes, pica with da Barkadas, desserts, coffee and tea. All with a feel of Gumbo.

They also serve silog dishes for breakfast and pizza for snacks (available from 2 to 6pm). You may also enjoy the late night drinks after a satisfying meal experience of Gumbo.

The store is located at the newly opened City Time Square, Mandaue (near Park Mall) and operates from 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM. You may contact January Encabo @ 09157081648 for reservations.
Come join Gumbology Resto-Bar Cebu with their Grand Opening on January 18! All you need to bring is your joy and appetite for a special Gumbology experience. (Genevieve Canete, STC MassComm Intern)
