A delivery truck containing ice fell on its side along Gov. M. Cuenco Ave., Cebu City at 2 pm, Wednesday afternoon.
Cebu City Traffic Office said there were no other vehicles involved.
No one was harmed and the office is still verifying the cause of the accident.
The vehicle has already been moved beside a street and traffic congestion is still heavy.
