BECOMING a Pokémon master is practically what every Pokémon Trainer wants to be ever since Pokémon Go was launched in the Philippines last Aug. 6.
More and more are getting hooked to the augmented reality game and players are taking to the streets. Children can be seen strolling along, phones held in front of them, as they try to capture Pokémons that are the target of the game. And it’s not just the young ones—many adults, or for that matter families, are at it, too.
The chase is fun because it makes you go outside and explore while you’re playing. What’s more, you earn new friends and get to lose weight at the same time.
With Pokémon Go lure parties happening everywhere, many have joined the two-week-old phenomenon quite nicely.
In Robinsons Galleria Cebu, there’s a fun hunt where they give out P500 worth of gift certificates to 100 lucky Pokémon hunters around the mall.
To win, an aspiring Pokémon master only has to upload a screenshot of the Pokémons caught inside the mall and upload it on Facebook, tagging the Robinsons Galleria Cebu using the hashtags #CatchEmAllatRobinsonsGalleriaCebu and #PokemonGoPH.
Include establishing shots of Robinsons Galleria Cebu like the vertical posts clad with lush greenery or the installation ofa giant guitar made of flowers inside the mall.
All raffles will be eletronically drawn after two weeks.
“We are giving out freebies. All you have to do is play in Galleria Cebu, how fun is that?” said Luzelle Artillero, digital marketing manager of Robinsons Malls.
Regional Pokémon series will also be organized in the next few months where three-man team will composed the each Pokémon ally—mystic, valor and instinct—to battle around the Robinsons Malls in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
