Inmate faces raps for using drugs inside cell

The provincial government will file charges against an inmate caught sniffing shabu inside his cell last week.

Asst. jail warden Bobby Legaspi said they will file charges of illegal drug possession and use against inmate Maximo Cedeño at the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office.

Legaspi said Cedeño was placed in isolation and privileges granted to him and his inmates inside cell 37 were suspended.
