THE UNIVERSITY of San Carlos (USC) Warriors men’s and women’s volleyball teams hope to put up a good showing against the country’s top players as they begin their campaign in 21st Philippine University Games today in Dumaguete City.

The USC men’s team, last year’s Cesafi volleyball runners up, is set to battle the Cesafi volleyball (RTU) at 2:30 p.m. at the Valencia City Gym. The women’s squad, on the other hand, will take on NCAA powerhouse University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) at 6:30 p.m.

The top four teams after the single-round robin eliminations will advance to the knockout semifinal round slated Saturday.
