OPENING to much fanfare less than 3 months ago, The Pig & Palm has definitively changed Cebu’s dining landscape with their innovative dishes and drinks.

The bar list highlights Filipino fruits and flavors blended with British cocktail styles, including the ‘Proseccolada,’ a mix of pineapple cordial, and coconut rum topped with prosecco, and ‘Dill or No Dill,’ the group’s most popular drink which sells 50,000 a year over 15 global restaurants. ‘Dill or No Dill’ is a mix of gin, lemon juice, elderflower cordial, cucumber dill, and smoked salt.
While you may relish in their fresh blends anytime, they’ve got something special to cap off the month. On Friday, October the 28th, Halloween cocktails, sweets, and snacks will be served at the bar, shooters will be greeting diners wearing a touch of Halloween, and DJ Divine Maitland-Smith will be spinning.
Diners will get a chance to win an overnight stay for two at the spectacular Kandaya Resort, the ultimate luxury getaway located in Daanbantayan. Runners up get a 3000 bar tab on their return.
