BIASONG RULES SENIORS DIVISION IN TALISAY MAYOR’S CUP

BIASONG clinched the seniors division title in the Mayor’s Cup 2017 Inter-Barangay basketball tournament by beating Cansojong, 109-90, last Sunday at the Talisay City Sports Complex.

Joel Bensig and Ian Sinangote powered Biasong by scoring 29 and 22 points, respectively.

John Molero and Philip Geraldez combined for 30 points for the losing squad.

San Roque took third place honors after defeating Tanke, 118-57.

The basketball tournament was organized by the Talisay City Sports Commission with the help of Representative Gerald Anthony “Samsam” Gullas Jr. of Cebu’s First District.
