CEBUANO triathletes Andrew Kim Remolino and Karen Andrea Manayon test their mettle in the big stage as they compete in the 2017 Hong Kong ASTC Sprint Triathlon Asian Cup this weekend.

Both Cebuano triathletes are members of the Philippine triathlon team.

The 17-year-old Remolino will vie in the men’s elite division while 15-year-old Manayon will compete in the women’s junior elite division.
Remolino and Manayon said they trained hard for this major race.

“My ultimate goal is to win the first place or finish at the podium,” Remolino told Cebu Daily News.

“I want the results of this race way more than I expect because I trained for this very hard and I asked God for this,” Manayon said.
