A person facing child abuse charges was arrested by police in Barangay Prenza, Balamban town in Cebu at 8 am Wednesday.
Chief Insp. Janeth Raffter of the Balamban police said the 23-year-old suspect identified as Ariel Sabalande, a resident of the area is now detained at their precinct.
