LTO FAVORITISM?
Those trying to process their driver’s licenses at the Regional Land Transportation Office (LTO) could only envy Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgardo Labella for receiving his own within five minutes.
Erich Andea wrote, “Ngano ang amo 1 year na hulat sa card dayon pag Adto sa LTO. Gi tagaan ra og number otro kay mobalik na pud og June. Pabor pabor? Or unsa man jud?” (In our case, why do we need to wait for a year before going to the LTO office? And we need to return in June. Is this favoritism?)
Aireen Claresse also commented, “This is a JOKE right? I renewed my license November of 2016 and until now I still don’t have my card.”
Rudy Fuentes joked, “It took me six hours to renew mine in Talisay LTO office this month. This is fast because I am a Senior Citizen. Well, Labella is faster, he must be more senior than me, Is he?
