TWO years after leaving, will Kris Aquino make a comeback in ABS-CBN?
The Queen of all Media has been ruling the online world for her product endorsements even without a mother network as of the moment.
But her followers and fans were surprised last Wednesday when she posted Star Cinema’s logo on her Instagram account.
“Promised myself to share no details — I’ve learned the hard way, until I’m actually on set, it is best to keep details no matter how share worthy they are strictly confined to my sons and my team,” she said.
“All I can say is that while deciding-I listened closest to 1 person, my bunso who turns 11 in 15 days. Bimb said, ”mama, this is like us visiting family, like a reunion. We have our own KCAP team & now for a few months we get to be with the people who all knew me since I was born and we missed them—so please say yes?” So yes—LOVE DOES LEAD YOU BACK,” Aquino ended her post.
The post, however, was immediately deleted.
Some speculate that Aquino will have a movie comeback through Star Cinema, a film distributor and production company under ABS-CBN.
The Queen of All Media did several movies with Star Cinema including “Feng Shui,” “Feng Shui 2,” “Sisterakas,” “Etiquette for Mistress,” “Sukob,”
“Segunda Mano,” “Sisterakas,” and “All You Need is Pag-ibig.”
While Aquino is busy with her endorsement promotions, she is now being co-managed by Cornerstone Entertainment Inc.
