Warriors up, 2-0; Miami ties series

The defending champion Golden State Warriors took a 2-0 lead in their Western Conference first round series against the San Antonio Spurs following a 116-101 win in Game 2 on Tuesday (Philippine time).

Kevin Durant had 32 points while Klay Thompson added 31, 16 he made in the fourth, for the Warriors.

In the East, Dwyane Wade had 28 points in leading the Miami Heat to a 113-103 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

The series is now tied at 1-1.
