More than 20 CPDRC inmates to undergo psych exam

26 inmates in Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) were referred to Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) after they showed symptoms of having mental illness.
CPDRC warden Reynaldo Valmoria siad inmates are set to undergo psychiatric examination.
“Ang amo lang gilantaw ang ilang tambal. Ang pinaka the best ang ma examine gyud sila,” he said.
Valmoria added that the inmates were already placed into isolation rooms inside CPDRC.
