Exes Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino are finally reuniting in a movie with a title that teasingly matches their real life situation.
Movie and television studio Black Sheep announced on their Instagram account that the movie’s title will be “Exes Baggage.”
Along with the announcement, a clip was posted showing Aquino and Panganiban drinking in a bar.
“Exes Baggage. Coming soon from Black Sheep,” the post read.
Black Sheep also revealed in another Instagram post that Aquino and Panganiban will play Nix and Pia, respectively.
“Exes Baggage,” directed by Dan Villegas, will be the first movie of the ex-lovers with uniname CarGel.
Their movie project was announced in April where Aquino described in a Star Cinema post that it will be, “May konting kilig, tapos may konting sakit.”
The actors dated when they were teens. They last worked together in 2014 fora “Maalaala Mo Kaya” episode on ABS-CBN.
Aquino’s last movie was “Meet Me in St. Gallen” with Bela Padilla while Panganiban was “Dalawang Mrs. Reyes” with Judy Ann Santos.
